Osama Khan

Completed a Genitourinary Pathology Fellowship at Stanford University

Osama Khan is a dual U.S. and Canadian board-certified Anatomical Pathologist who believes that his time at Saba University School of Medicine laid the foundation for his success. Osama was a Health Sciences major in his undergraduate years at McMaster University.

Career Path:

Osama matched to the Anatomical Pathology Residency at the University of Ottawa where he was chief resident in his fourth year. During this time, he received many accolades including the prestigious American Society of Clinical Pathology ‘Top 40 under 40’ list, for his contributions to laboratory medicine.He recently completed a Genitourinary Pathology fellowship at Stanford University in California where he received the coveted Stanford Clinical Fellow Teaching award for his efforts in medical education and leadership. 

Living in the heart of Silicon Valley, he has developed a passion for modernizing pathology through the use of digital pathology and artificial intelligence for optimizing diagnosis. “I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to be involved in multiple medical leadership positions during my early career and I hope to utilize these experiences for driving change and making an impact in patient care.”
