Saba Launches Two New Opportunities Under the Saba Advantage

Two new opportunities are announced for students matriculating in the new term: the Saba Scholars Grant and the Tuition Back Program.

The Saba Advantage

On Tuesday, March 1, Saba University School of Medicine announced the launch of the Saba Advantage, which offers two new opportunities: the Saba Scholars Grant and the Tuition Back Program. The programs will allow new May students to begin medical school with an added layer of support and confidence.

In recognition of past academic achievements, the school is offering the new Saba Scholars Grant, which can be awarded in addition to the academic merit scholarships. This grant can cover up to the full tuition for the first semester for new May 2022 students.

The Tuition Back Program is for the May 2022 term and will provide first-time students a refund of their first semester tuition if they do not succeed academically in their first semester. Full details of this program can be found here.

These new initiatives aim to further align the school’s interests with those of the students, and to create a sense of partnership in their success. It also shows confidence in the students that want to study at Saba, and the school’s ability to provide them with the support and resources they need to succeed.

Jerry Wargo, Executive Vice President for Marketing and Enrollment said; “The Saba Advantage provides two excellent opportunities for new first semester Saba University School of Medicine students enrolling in May. The Saba Scholars Grant and Tuition Back Program demonstrate our commitment to students and provide a partnership for achieving success during their first semester– which sets them up for a strong start to earning their MD.”
